Return Process

Verify that your items are within the 14-day return window and ensure that non-perishable food packaging remains unopened and in its original condition.

Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of any damaged goods or shipping issues to initiate your claim.

For eligible non-perishable returns, securely pack the items using the original shipping materials to prevent breakage during transit.
